Dividend policy
It is Brenntag’s declared policy to pay an annual dividend of 35% to 50% of its consolidated profit after tax attributable to shareholders of Brenntag SE. Since our stock market flotation in 2010, we have paid you, our shareholders, an attractive and increasing dividend every year.
