Conflicts of Interest

In accordance with the recommendation E1 of the German Corporate Governance Codex, each member of the Supervisory Board shall inform the Chair of the Supervisory Board of any conflicts of interest without undue delay.
In the reporting year 2024, there were no conflicts of interest of Supervisory Board members. Furthermore, as was also the case in the previous years, there were no advisory or other service agreements and contracts for work between a member of the Supervisory Board and the company or the other consolidated subsidiaries.
